Lemon Lime Pork Chops

Before you get all grossed out, let me tell you how good these are! Really!

The lemon lime soda (yep, you read that right) adds a sweet flavor to the pork chops that is actually kind of subtle.

Lemon Lime Pork Chops

6 (1 inch thick) pork chops
1 (12 ounce) bottle lemon lime soda
1 envelope onion soup mix

Arrange the pork chops in a shallow baking dish.
Ppur the lemon lime soda over the pork chops.
Sprinkle with onion soup mix.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Serves 6
