Saturday Recipe Swap- Spinach Casserole

For a little Addie update, last night for dinner, I made Tuna Sandwiches (recipe is at the bottom of the link). After having her own dinner earlier in the evening, Addie climbed into Aunt Faye's lap and proceeded to eat part of her sandwich! Aunt Faye loved it, and Addie loved sitting with Aunt Faye and spending some time with her.

Today's recipe is Spinach Casserole, courtesy of my Aunt Elsa. Super easy and super yummy!

Spinach Casserole

Ingredients
  • 1- 10 oz. pkg. spinach (chopped)- Cook according to pkg directions and drain)
  • 1- 8 oz. cream cheese- leave out on counter top to soften
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can French onion rings (small)

Directions

Mix all ingredients and place in a greased 8 inch pan uncovered and bake at 350 degrees F for 20-30 minutes.

  1. Yummmm...this sounds like a combo of Indian Saag and Green Bean Casserole. Both of which I love :-) Hope you're having a great weekend Suzette!
