Saturday Recipe Swap: Rocky Road Marshmallow Candy

Titi Elsie has always made the absolute best desserts.  One that I loved growing up was her Rocky Road Marshmallow candy.  Unfortunately, it is one of those can't-just-have-one treats.  I hope you enjoy this recipe.  It is also great to use at Christmas as a gift or as a treat for guests.... or your family.... or yourself....

Rocky Road Marshmallow Candy

Ingredients

• 1 pkg. (12 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 1 cup chunky peanut butter
• 3 cups miniature marshmallows
• 1/4 cup chopped nuts

Directions

• Microwave chocolate chips and peanut butter on high 2 to 3 minutes until melted.
• While stirring, fold in marshmallows and nuts.
• Spoon into a greased 9 inch square dish/pan
• Chill until firm and then cut into squares.
