Mary Jane is my hero.

I have the privilege of knowing her personally. Her son married my cousin, which in our family makes us related.

Mary Jane is a three time breast cancer survivor.

Being that this is Breast Cancer Awareness month, I wanted to remind my female readers to do your regular self exams and to have your yearly mammogram.

Early detection is key.

Take your health seriously.

God has given each of us one body (which He calls the temple of the Holy Spirit) and one life to live on this earth. Keep your body healthy so you can live this life to the fullest.
