Pecan Garnish
Ingredients and Directions:
- 3 tbsp butter (melt in pan)
- 4 tbsp Splenda brown sugar- mix with melted butter until all melted
- 1 tbsp water- add and mix well
- 1/2 tsp honey- add
- 1 cup pecans- Stir in pecans. Keep turning to coat. Let cook for a few minutes- maybe 5 on low heat.
- Spray Pam on a flat surface baking pan. Pour nuts on it to cool.

We have had Cousin Belinda here for a few days. It has been so nice spending time with her. Tonight, the grandparents, Uncle Jim, Aunt Faye, and Belinda will be celebrating Addie's birthday in a small family dinner. Lots of cooking to do. It's off to the kitchen for me.
