Saturday Recipe Swap- Baked Ziti

From yesterday's post, here is the quick recipe for what I did to make baked ziti from purposely, previously cooked meals. This recipe uses the Semi Homemade Spaghetti Sauce from this post. The only extra ingredients I use in it are shredded mozzarella cheese and ricotta cheese.
  1. Put leftover sauce in a large pot to warm up. Set stove to about medium heat.
  2. Add about a cup of Ricotta cheese to the sauce and stir. Mix until completely blended.
  3. Add previously cooked ziti and continue stirring.
  4. Add about a cup of shredded mozzarella cheese and keep on sirring.
  5. Pour all contents of pot into a baking dish big enough for the amount of mix you have.
  6. Cover mixture with shredded mozzarella cheese. 7. Bake at 350* F for about 45 min. or until cheese is melted.
