Happy New Year!

From our family to yours, we want to wish you a Happy New Year!

I was going to post the second half of my December Daily album, but because my computer has been defragmenting since Monday (I really don't think it is supposed to take that long!), I decided to give it a rest.  I'll post those photos next week.

Today, I will be carrying on the tradition that my mother used to have every New Year's Eve.  Her home was thoroughly cleaned and all of her laundry was done by the stroke of midnight.  She had a thing about going into the New year with last year's laundry. 

My house has been cleaned, and now all that is left is for my floors to be vacuumed and mopped and my laundry to be done.  We will also get to spend some time with Jim and Faye tonight (really looking forward to that!).
